Home staging in Sandbanks

Do I need to stage my home?

It’s simple and proven. A home staging service will ensure your property is prepared for market so it’ll sell faster and for more.

Sell for more - the average staging investment is between 1 and 3% of the asking price, which generates an ROI of 8 to 10%.

Sell faster - staged homes spend, on average, half the time on the market than non-staged homes.

Why should I use a home staging company?

To be desirable to your target market, we would always recommend staging.

Vacant properties take twice as long to sell so staging really helps buyers to visualise themselves living there.

In furnished property it’s about ensuring there is a curated scheme of colours, textures, furniture and soft furnishings that highlights the properties best features and is focussed on the target buyers aspirations from their home.

Can I stage my home myself?

You can certainly do some basic decluttering and staging yourself.

However, a professional home stager can curate a scheme that appeals directly to your target buyer, has access to a variety of furnishings (which you can hire for a fraction of the cost than buying yourself) and knows how to highlight the strengths of a property. Ultimately this means you should get a faster sale, for more money and with less stress too.

How do home staging and styling differ?

Home styling is about personalising your space to reflect your lifestyle and loves, whereas home staging is a marketing strategy which serves a strategic purpose - to make a property irresistible to the target buyer and stand out from the competition so it commands the best price.

Who should use a home staging service?

In short, anyone looking to achieve the best price when selling their property will benefit from home staging.

We work with furnished, part-furnished and vacant homes and with homeowners, estate agents and developers as well as landlords looking to achieve greater yields.

What about items that are removed?

If there are any furniture or items we recommend removing, we suggest storing them with a friend or family member or we can arrange a storage unit.

We aim to send any furniture or belongings that are no longer needed to a local charity.
